Johana Restaurant wanted to bring their ordering experience into the modern era without requiring customers to download an app or visit a website. We built a fully intelligent WhatsApp chatbot that works directly in the messaging app every customer already uses. The bot offers two ordering modes: customers can tap through a structured button menu for speed, or simply type their order in plain text — even in their native language. The multilingual NLP engine understands orders in any language, ensuring no customer is ever left confused.
