We delivered a custom full-stack web application built with React on the frontend for a fast, dynamic experience and Express.js on the backend for a secure, scalable API layer. The platform gives Swift Sales complete control over their product catalogue, orders, deliveries, and distribution partners from a single dashboard. To handle the heavy volume of customer queries — ranging from product availability and pricing to order tracking and returns — we integrated a smart AI chatbot directly into the platform.
